First Contact and Visions of Genocide; Devlin’s meeting of The White Masked Saiyan

[Devlin Chikimaru]

Devlin flew through space in his cruiser checking his radars periodically to make sure he hadn’t missed someone when his ship jerked to an immediate stop, Devlin sat forward and started to press the necessary buttons on the control panel to no avail and he sighed.
“No fucking power…. Ragnarok reboot.”
Devlin said out loud and was met with dead silence, Devlin got up to check the power source and was frozen in pure dread and fear as he heard a chilling voice ring in his head.
“Ohhhh how I’ve longed to meet you, the piece of me that got away. I will admit you’ve hidden yourself quite well if only you hadn’t stuck your nose in that pink bitches business, I would’ve never found you. You should’ve stayed in Canton city because not long after you left die attacked and boy did I enjoy killing everyone that I could even Kakarot tried to get in my way, and the filthy monkey got the upper hand on me that time.”
It said as a shadow formed in front of Devlin, a shadow in the shape of a Saiyan man. Devlin felt his heart race as a soft trickle of blood streaked down from his nose as the shadow slowly formed in front of him.

The shadow that spoke to Devlin slowly formed into the shape of what it once was, a moderate height Saiyan man clad in Chikimaru tattoos wearing a blank stark white mask with pitch black eyes with a vivid red light emanating from deep within it, the man stepped down on to the floor of the ship as he looked around at the technology his captive had made.
“Just like the rest you chose to master making gizmos and toys rather than honing your skills and becoming the greatest being to ever exist, this flaw within itself is why I have maintained the upper hand each time I consume a piece of myself. Whereas I hate the Saiyan race in its entirety their genetics have provided them with specific advantages as warriors, so us being born into them would mean we have the potential to become a god. Yet you chose to be a scientist, I see you’ve made yourself a family as well tainting the bloodline with lesser beings. To be frank with you I am not surprised in the least, for some reason you are different than the rest, maybe when I’m done here I’ll pay your family a little visit as well. Let me show you what we are meant to become.”
The White Masked Saiyan said as he walked over to Devlin and held his hand over his face.

Devlin watched as the voice enveloped into its form from a shadow revealing itself to be a white masked Saiyan Chikimaru, he felt pure dread wash over him as he was paralyzed in fear. The Chikimaru spoke to him as if they were the same person downing his decisions in life as weakness and claiming his cowardice in becoming a scientist and family man, he watched as the man walked over to the photo he kept of his family and mocked him threatening to go visit his family when he finished with him. Devlin felt helpless being unable to move and struggled against the fear until a sharp pain shot through him causing him to stop, Devlin stared at the Chikimaru with fury and hate as he held his hand over his face.
“My wife is more than capable of handling herself, but if you TOUCH REYZEN I’LL FUCKING KILL YOU!!!”
Devlin screamed at the top of his lungs with what little control he could muster.

The White Mask watched as Devlin struggled to move and smirked beneath his mask as the effects of his Dreadful Ki kicked in and forced him to stop, he observed the passion in his counterparts eyes as he screamed at him of what he’d do if he hurt Reyzen he’d kill him and he recalled a time when he once felt passion like that. It made him weak that was why he tore his heart out, so he could no longer be weak.
“Tut tut… My ki will freeze you in fear attempting to struggle will only hurt you more than help you. It is nice to see he bled into this existence as well, one less pimple to pop in the future.”
He said as he flexed his black gloved hand and connected into Devlin’s mind forcing his memories into not only the conscious mind but subconscious as well in an attempt to trick him into believing they were his own.

As the images began to flood into Devlin's mind, he began to see thing that were new and yet familiar. Devlin see as he and an unknown saiyan use a strange Dragon Ball in the shape of a star. Devlin wishes and gains immortality and eternal youth, but the dragon gave Devlin a stipulation for his wish, a price he would be forced to pay. The price was he needed to consume living matter and souls from other beings, and they had to be alive. Devlin turns on the unknown saiyan who was called Kora and devoured him before he could make his own wish. When Devlin finished his first meal, he made a b-line straight toward Earth to kill Vegeta, his greatest nuisance. Devlin finally arrives on Earth and finds his prey training at Capsule Corp. with his youngest sibling, Kakarot. He stares down Vegeta and releases his Dreadful Ki and paralyzes Vegeta. Devlin then turned his attention toward his baby brother and gave a devilish smile.

Devlin watched as Vegeta toppled over paralyzed by the dread that his ki caused him to feel and his gaze slowly turned to fall on what appeared to be his youngest sibling Kakarot, an unnatural grin formed on his face as he stared Kakarot down and he chuckled with a deep voice.
“Prince Vegeta IV, Prince of the Saiyan Race and nothing more than a bundle of quivering flesh at my feet. Nary you worry, I’ll eat you soon enough, once I’m done devouring your greatest friend and reason to continue going. If only you started researching the S Cell Project I brought to you and your father right before being banished to the deep void of space, mayhap you would have achieved Super Saiyan earlier and killed Frieza obtaining the very wish I did and becoming the ruler of all that exists. Alas, we meet face to face baby brother if only it were on warmer circumstances. For twenty six years you two and your gaggle of weaklings have prevented the occupation of Earth by The Arc Space Colony and prevented its divine evolution as part of the Colonies Universe Simulation and quite frankly, I don’t want Earth I just want Vegeta and those he cares for most to suffer and become one with me. I’d extend my hand and offer you the opportunity to join me but in the long run Kakarot, I’d still end up killing you for my vitality.”

Vegeta felt something evil headed toward Earth and saw what caused the feeling to appear. Before he could say anything, he fell to the ground as his body was paralyzed with fear. He heard as the unknown person spoke and immediately knew who they were. He turned his head toward Kakarot and said, "Run... Kakarot. You can't... let him... touch you... he can kill you... just by... touching you. If you... fight him... don't hold... anything... back... if you do... he'll kill you..." Vegeta struggled to speak, but hoped he got the point across.

Vegeta felt something evil headed toward Earth and saw what caused the feeling to appear. Before he could say anything, he fell to the ground as his body was paralyzed with fear. He heard as the unknown person spoke and immediately knew who they were. He turned his head toward Kakarot and said, "Run... Kakarot. You can't... let him... touch you... he can kill you... just by... touching you. If you... fight him... don't hold... anything... back... if you do... he'll kill you..." Vegeta struggled to speak, but hoped he got the point across.

Goku was training with Vegeta when the arrival of a strange looking Saiyan showed up. He looked at him and he could tell he was strong but there was something wicked, something seriously off about this stranger. He then suddenly watched him disable Vegeta while just using his KI. He then heard what Vegeta said and his eyes went wide for a moment. He then said to Vegeta, "Don't worry I won't let him touch me..." then he looked at the stranger and he said, "I don't know who you are but you made a serious mistake coming here to start a fight." He said and turned to face him and then in a quick motion he teleported back and away from him and appeared away from West City. He felt this one wanted him and not Vegeta and he didn't want any innocent people injured in a fight.

Goku was standing on a cliff outside of West City and he was looking out over the city while waiting to see if his suspicions were correct about this stranger.

Devlin watched as Kakarot spoke saying that coming to fight them was a mistake and then turned tail and fled, he chuckled softly as he reached down and grabbed Vegeta by the back of his neck and slowly followed behind him. To think he came all this way to see his dearest baby brother and he had the audacity to run away and make more work for him, this filled Devlin with a sick sadistic rage as he slowly scanned the below environment until he saw West City. He stopped for a moment and scanned the city looking for the optimal point of attack and when he found it he shot a singular ki beam and the entire city went off into a chain of explosion finalizing in West City becoming a cratered wasteland, he scoffed and continued on his way this time picking up speed to close in on his brother. He landed not far from the cliff Kakarot was on and dropped Vegeta to the ground once more.
“Tell me Kakarot, how many more innocent lives must be lost because you want to run? The next time you do that I will reduce this planet to space dust so fight me like the Saiyan warrior you are. I am not Raditz, I have no merciful cell left in this husk of a body, so stop testing my patience.”

Vegeta watched as Kakarot, for once, listened to him and fled to a safer area to fight. Suddenly, Vegeta was lifted into the air by Devlin by his neck and was forced to watch as Devlin reduced West City into a crater. As the smoke cleared, Vegeta stared in horror at the devastation of his home and family. As Devlin dropped him on the ground once more, Vegeta cried for the first time in years. The were mournful and rage filled tears, because he was now left alone. His wife, his in-laws, his children and his home were erased and there was nothing he could do about it.

As Goku stood on the cliff he watched as the white masked saiyan rose into the air while carrying Vegeta. He then watched him fire off a ki blast that leveled the city and destroyed everything and everyone he knew. His eyes went wide as he saw this happen. He then saw the stranger come to where he was and drop Vegeta on the ground and as he looked at his friend reduced to tears his anger grew. He had no idea this unknown saiyan would do this heinous act, but he knew that this being was evil.

His eyes then went up to the stranger and he felt his anger boil. He then heard what the saiyan said and he said with venom in his voice, "I DON'T KNOW WHO YOU ARE....BUT YOU PICKED THE WRONG PERSON TO TARGET!!..." he then glanced at Vegeta and saw his grief and it made him even more angry. He then looked back at the unknown saiyan and said, "YOU WANT A FIGHT...THEN FINE!!...YOU GOT ONE!!..." he said then let out a roar as his ki ignited into a brilliant blue aura.

There was very few times he would just jump to Super Saiyan Blue. Most times he would work his way up but this stranger emanated something vile and wicked and it couldn't be ignored. This was one time where Goku knew what was really at stake and he couldn't toy with this one. He went into Super Saiyan Blue in a flash of blue god ki energy and it made the ground under his feet shake violently.

As the shaking stopped and the aura settled into a steady glow he looked at the saiyan for only a second then moved with godly speed. The action was like a blur of motion as he came in to deliver a strike and pull back before getting grabbed. When he moved away he kept himself at a distance as he tried to figure out why this being disturbed him so much...

Devlin listened as Vegeta bawled in sorrow and anger and felt a pique of enjoyment from his sobbing, but this wasn’t nearly enough for all the pain and torment Vegeta caused him in their childhood. He heard his youngest brother speak and locked on to him just as he ascended into a new form he had not seen before, he could sense the holy properties behind the form and smirked knowing that this must be some sort of godly power Kakarot had learned to tap into. He heard his brother exclaim he picked the wrong fight once more and then agreed to give him what he wanted as he erupted in insane energy and disappeared only to reappear to hit him in the face with a hefty punch and retreat back to his original position, as Kakarot connected with his mask it shifted and the strap snapped causing it to fall to the ground. Glaring at Kakarot appeared to be an older longer haired and blue eyes man with strikingly similar features to himself, and when he made eye contact an unnatural fiendish grin spread across his face.
“Finally…. A real fucking challenge! I was going to kill you right away but now I wanna play with you before I consume your whole being, I can tell your perturbed by me yet it’s not fear just unease… it appears both of you hold sentiment towards these cockroaches of life forms and from what I sensed in that city your also lowering our status as a race by stirring their gene pools with your superior dna…. I don’t want to fight either of you… I NEED TO FEED!!!!!”
He said sinisterly as a piece of his skin fell from his face like ash and fluttered to the ground disintegrating before it reached it, Devlin stomped his foot and the world began to shake as he shot off delivering a heavy elbow to the back of Kakarot
